Description
The PD Responsiveness Disk Tester is one of the series of precision instruments developed by Zequn Technology. It is used to measure PD responsivity and PD dark current in TOcan packages. With high-precision dual light and optical system functions, it can test PD products with a diameter of about 50um, and the repeated measurement accuracy can reach below 1%. The built-in photocurrent detection circuit and software correction function can be screened and classified through the software, and the display of the whole test result can be provided. In addition, a heating plate can also be purchased for product testing under high temperature conditions.
