Description
The XYZ gantry mechanism is composed of high-precision sliding table, which has the performance of high stability and high accuracy. The built-in is equipped with an adjustable light source (default wavelength 1490nm, replaceable), which allows users to adjust the output optical power. On the hardware device, a Keithley2400 is attached, which allows users to measure accurate dark current, and provide Vbr measurement and Vop output. Furthermore, it is equipped with the function of measuring D+/D- to realize the automation of multi-channel and multi-function measurement.
